Key Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. Performs general manual labor tasks including, but not limited to:
· lifting and moving materials, containers, and items;
· loading and unloading vehicles;
· digging and refilling holes, painting, grounds clean up;
· and other activities in a helping or assisting mode.
Core Competencies & Experience
Experience doing general labor tasks, especially where with heavy lifting is required is preferred.
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs consistently, up to 70 lbs occasionally

Working with your partner to lift, move, and install countertops, including natural stone, engineered stone, solid surface, laminate, and postform products

Must be able to team lift 100+ lbs.

Keeping your company truck stocked with appropriate tools and supplies

Checking jobs for accuracy before loading onto truck

This includes verifying that no pieces are missing before leaving the shop, such as splashes, small tops, sinks, strainers, etc.

Ensuring your customers receive a call every morning with an arrival window

Installing/delivering countertops while maintaining cleanliness in the customers' home

Keeping customers informed throughout installation, including explaining proper care and maintenance

Using company provided tools such as saws, grinders, and polishers to make any necessary onsite adjustments to complete certain projects

Performing quality review upon completion of installation

Striving for completely satisfied customers while delivering excellent service

Using the proper tools to receive required signatures, write thorough notes, and take valuable pictures

Obeying speed limits and traffic laws while operating the company vehicle

- Responsible for processes and activities to ensure production demands are achieved while producing safe, quality food
- Must adhere to USDA Safety and Sanitation Regulations and customer specifications
- Work in a fast-paced environment preparing meat products to feed lines and/or prepare for the next stage of processing
- Effectively utilize tools, processes, and materials to process and package meat products within planned schedules
- Follow all Food Safety requirements and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Perform visual inspection of meat products to meet certain specifications
- Meet company standards and customer specifications
- Assist in cleanliness of general work area
- Able to work overtime as needed
Requirements:
- No prior experience in food production needed; willing to train!
- Must be reliable, no bus accessibility at night
