Responsibilities Include

• Working with your partner to lift, move, and install countertops, including natural stone, engineered stone, solid surface, laminate, and postform products

  • Must be able to team lift 100+ lbs.

• Keeping your company truck stocked with appropriate tools and supplies

• Checking jobs for accuracy before loading onto truck

  • This includes verifying that no pieces are missing before leaving the shop, such as splashes, small tops, sinks, strainers, etc.

• Ensuring your customers receive a call every morning with an arrival window

• Installing/delivering countertops while maintaining cleanliness in the customers' home

• Keeping customers informed throughout installation, including explaining proper care and maintenance

• Using company provided tools such as saws, grinders, and polishers to make any necessary onsite adjustments to complete certain projects

• Performing quality review upon completion of installation

• Striving for completely satisfied customers while delivering excellent service

• Using the proper tools to receive required signatures, write thorough notes, and take valuable pictures

• Obeying speed limits and traffic laws while operating the company vehicle

• Being a team player
