Family owned company looking for a reliable candidate to assist commercial clients with construction projects

Responsibilities include:

• Prospecting new commercial customers and projects
• Quoting commercial jobs
• Running commercial jobs start to finish, including processing orders, confirming job details, and finalizing information for our measure technicians and installation crews
• Reviewing jobs post-template for pricing adjustments and obtaining required documentation needed to proceed with fabrication, including final payment for non-accountholders
• Following through with job issues, documenting all communication in our system, closing out jobs, and submitting for billing
• Answering incoming commercial phone calls and emails with an emphasis on providing superior customer service
• Returning all emails, voicemails, and quote requests by the end of each day
• Being a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
